Third Wave's flagship product, Lockbox LIMS, is the world's first cloud-based end-to-end laboratory information management system built on the force.com platform. Lockbox is used internationally in a wide variety of organizations including R&D, quality control testing, life science research, and industrial laboratories. Lockbox LIMS is 21 CFR Part 11 ready and supports HIPAA, GDPR and GAMP 5 standards.

David comes to Third Wave with over 14 years of product, data analytics, and systems implementation experience. David has a BA from Simpson University in Management Information Systems.
Linda D'Amore
LIMS APPLICATION SCIENTIST
Linda received her PhD in plant genomics from the University of Bari (Italy). She brings more than 15 years of experience in molecular biology NGS to Third Wave. She has collaborated with biotechnologies companies for the development of instrumental & bioinformatic pipelines to accelerate commercial applications in synthetic biology and metagenomics approaches.
Loren D'Amico
ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Loren has over 15 years of healthcare, business, and IT experience; a BA in Business Administration; and PMP certification. He manages client relationships in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He brings a uniquely strategic mindset to process and system design; clinical processes, data, and regulatory compliance; and implementation management.
Janine Dougan
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Janine brings over 12 years of clinical lab experience to Third Wave. Her experience includes serving as Laboratory Operations Manager at Ignyta and GenomeDx, and Clinical Services Manager at Genoptix.
Kristen Farrell
LIMS IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
Kristen combines over 20 years of laboratory and technology expertise to create software solutions that work for scientists. Before joining Third Wave, she led the LIMS implementation at a fast-growing clinical laboratory that scaled to processing more than 100,000 tests per day. She thrives on collaborating with customers to analyze and enhance their workflows in order to design systems that reduce manual effort, eliminate sources of error, and empower lab teams to operate at peak efficiency.
Chris Gawronski
VP, COMMERCIAL
Chris brings over 20 years of systems and life science expertise to Third Wave. After earning a degree in physics from Rutgers University, Chris worked for a variety of global instrumentation companies where he held leadership roles in operations, compliance, and IT.
Margaret Gee
APPLICATION DIRECTOR
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California-Davis, Margaret gained over 20 years of experience in front-end application development. At Third Wave, Margaret is responsible for ensuring Lockbox LIMS customer success, from requirements gathering through customer training.
Dave Gebhart
Director, Product Management
Dave has a degree in Bioengineering from Olin College as well as 12 years of biotech industry laboratory experience. His industry experiences have spanned laboratory management, antibody diagnostics, iPSC manufacturing, and tissue culture. He has also led quality teams from startup lab to CAP accreditation and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Reese Shlykova
Sales & Marketing Associate
Reese earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in organic and materials chemistry. Drawing on her academic research experience, Reese helps laboratories translate real-world workflows into efficient LIMS processes. Over the past three years at Third Wave, Reese has worked with more than 50 labs to analyze their requirements and support successful LIMS implementations.

LIMS IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
Aubry brings over 15 years of software development experience to Third Wave, with expertise in the Salesforce platform, APEX, and VisualForce development.
Jennifer Jacobi
Science and Marketing Specialist
Jennifer earned a Master of Science in biochemistry at Purdue University where she studied epigenetic gene regulation. Jennifer leverages her life science background to bridge the gap between customer's laboratory automation requirements and LIMS product features.
Roberto D'Amico
LIMS Quality Assurance Specialist
Roberto brings over 25 years of software experience to Third Wave. As our software Quality Assurance specialist, Roberto manages our customer verification programs and ensures that each release of Lockbox LIMS meets our stringent internal QA requirements.
Rebekah Oakes

With 15+ years of experience in business analysis and reporting, and 9+ years on the force.com Platform, Rebekah has in-depth experience in LIMS implementations spanning sample management, storage, and protocol execution. Rebekah holds a B.A. in mathematics from Simpson University and 9 Salesforce.com Certifications.

Ian has 15 years of experience in both laboratory settings and software development. Prior to joining our team, Ian implemented Lockbox LIMS at the University of Wisconsin's WCIC, where he gained firsthand insight into our solutions. Ian has successfully implemented LIMS systems for numerous clients, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced functionality.

Sye has over 15 years experience leading Salesforce implementations for lab, health care and life science organizations including Mirvie and CND. They specialize in database architecture and process mapping for complex systems. They combine their deep technical knowledge and expansive consulting background to design LIMS that can meet customers needs now and into the future.

Savitra comes to Third Wave with over 20 years of increasing leadership roles in life science, consulting, and digital marketing organizations. Savitra has an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley and a degree in engineering science from the University of Virginia.
