What’s New in Lockbox 2.0

Lockbox 2.0 introduces Lockbox QMS, a comprehensive quality management system that includes Document Control, Quality Events, and Training Management. Enhancements in Lockbox 2.0 include NGS end-to-end workflows, improved CSV imports, new APIs, security updates, and an annually clinically verified system. These new features make Lockbox 2.0 an all-in-one system that contains all the Lockbox features you know, including a submission portal, inventory management, protocol execution, and storage management, along with the new QMS product and new features described below.

  • Lockbox QMS: Lockbox Quality Management System is a brand new Lockbox product composed of three modules: Document Control, Quality Events, and Training Management. Lockbox QMS was designed to meet the quality management needs of existing and new customers and give laboratories an all-in-one Lockbox solution that is highly customizable and scalable to fit the needs of each unique laboratory. Lockbox QMS is available as an optional module that interfaces seamlessly with Lockbox LIMS and increases the tools available to laboratories.
